Where You Look Is Where You Go (Mark 14:26-52)

Michael Argabrite, December 4, 2016
Part of the Mark series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

In this passage, we see the disciples fleeing in terror, and Jesus standing in quiet, humble submission. Why the difference? What did Jesus see that the disciples did not?

I. Jesus could see the Scriptures being fulfilled (Mark 14:27).
II. Jesus could see the hand of God in all things (v. 27).
III. Jesus knew the hearts of His disciples (v. 27-31).
IV. Jesus could see future joy (v. 28).
