Because Jesus is our faithful Helper, our necessary Ally who never leaves us or forsakes us, because he is the Rescuer, Judge, and Way of Righteousness of Psalm 118), we can face whatever comes—because “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Heb. 13:8).
I. Sing of the saving Son’s rescue (Psalm 118:1-9).
II. Tell of the saving Son’s judgment (v. 10-18).
III. Enter into the saving Son’s righteousness (v. 19-29).
