God's Pattern for Salvation (Romans 11:11-12)
Michael Argabrite, April 28, 2024Part of the Great Is Thy Faithfulness: Romans 9-11 series, preached at a Sunday Morning service
I. Israel was hardened (Rom. 11:8ff) for a specific purpose: to bring in Gentiles (v. 11).
II. And the secondary result: as Gentiles come in, Jews are made jealous and want in (v. 11).
III. The ultimate result: Israel's sinful rejection leads to riches--salvation, adoption, justification, glorification--coming both to Jews and to Gentiles as God makes one new man: the church!
