A third great theme from Jesus's High Priestly prayer of John 17, His prayer for the Father to bring unity to His people, a unity rooted in gospel-driven love.

I. "The World"
II. Christ's desire for unity is rooted in love.
III. What the apostles say about unity springs from Jesus's prayer in John 17.
IV. Apart from Jesus's intercession, there is no unity.
V. Unity stems from one gospel.
VI. Unity with the Trinity
VII. Our unity's goal is to show the world His glory (v. 21).
